Founded in 2001, Shanghai Zengxin Machine Electron Technology Co., Ltd is a high-tech enterprise engaged in professional research, development and production of various kinds of valve test machines. With firm faith to manufacture valve test machine well and fine, Zengxin has been constantly filling up the domestic technique blanks and has become an expert and leader in the field of test machines.
In 2007, it successfully developed the YFB-D1400 top screw valve test machine with the largest design bearing pressure of 2600 tons in China at the time and was awarded the certificate of Shanghai hightech achievement transformation project.
In 2008, with successful development of one button automatic valve test machine, it realized automatic test of valves, filled up the domestic blanks and won the Silver Award in International Valves Exposition of China.
In 2009, it designed and manufactured the world’s largest top screw valve test machine with bearing pressure of 3200 tons. This device was customized specially for testing ball valves on pipelines of West-East natural gas transmission project and it can test the largest welded ball valve with the specification of 48” class 900 and 56” class 600.
In 2012, it developed the DN3600 super-large butterfly valve test machine.
In 2013, it developed the world’s largest top screw valve test machine with bearing pressure of 4600 tons, which can test 56” class900 , 60” class 600 and 72” class 300 ball valves on pipelines marking the company constantly creates first in the industry.
In 2014, the “Super Large Top Pressure Valve Test Stand” won the third prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award in Jiading District, Shanghai.
In 2014, the super large top pressure valve test bench won the third prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award in Jiading District, Shanghai, and the blind plate center position adjustable device won the third prize of the Jiading District Invention and Creation Patent Award.
In 2016, Shanghai Zengxin’s “Research on X100 Steel Pipe and Valve Testing Technology for Pressure Pipelines” won the “Third Prize” of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award.
In 2018, Shanghai Zengxin’s “Dn50-Dn300 Fully Automatic Valve Test Stand” won the gold award at the 9th International Fluid Machinery Exhibition.
In 2019, Shanghai Zengxin was continuously rated as a “Shanghai High tech Enterprise” and a “Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Enterprise”.
In 2020, Cameron in the United States, out of its continued trust in Zengxin Company, ordered more than ten complete sets of valve testing equipment at once for its foreign projects and several for domestic projects. Our company delivered all of them to customers and put them into use by the end of 2020.
In 2021, Shanghai Zengxin was awarded the title of “Group Standard Drafting Unit” by the China General Machinery Industry Association.
In 2022, Shanghai Zengxin was continuously awarded the title of “Shanghai High tech Enterprise”.
In 2023, Shanghai Zengxin was awarded the “Specialized, Refined, Unique and New” certificate by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology.
Currently, the company has more than 100 employees, including a 6-member R&D team. It has obtained over 20 national invention patents. The company provides customers with safe, intelligent, and energy-saving high and low voltage complete sets and distribution equipment.
