In 2007, the YFB-DL-1400 fully welded ball valve test bench with a bearing capacity of 2600 tons was successfully manufactured, which was considered the highest bearing capacity test bench in China at that time. The customer was Suzhou Neway Valve. In 2008, we successfully developed a "one key communication" fully automatic valve test bench, achieving automation in valve testing. In 2009, Shanghai Zengxin R&D developed the world's largest test bench - the top pressure screw valve test bench equipment, which could withstand a pressure of 3200 tons and test maximum valve specifications of 48 "900LB and 56" 600LB. The equipment weighs 110 tons and was used by Shanghai Niles James Burley Valve Co., Ltd. for quality inspection of ball valves in the national West East Gas Pipeline. It made a special contribution to the construction of long-distance pipelines in China and will also provide favorable safety guarantees for the development and technological progress of our country's valve industry. Zengxin Company has manufactured 8 YFB-DL-1400 3200 ton top pressure valve test benches, all of which have been delivered for installation and use. After installation and use by 8 valve manufacturers, they all have good performance and are directly used for on-site testing of large fully welded ball valves. Their specialized equipment has good application performance and meets the requirements of key valve testing. The successful development, mass production, installation and use of these equipment have made important contributions to the localization of valve equipment.
