The screw top pressure valve test bench is a classic, reliable, and economical valve testing equipment. It adopts the principle of mechanical spiral force amplification, which drives the screw through the motor to generate strong axial thrust force, pushes the sealing pressure plate to compress and seal the tested valve, thus conducting the strength test and sealing performance test of the valve shell. ◆Top screw valve test bench is suitable to have a test for inner tunnel sealing valves, if a user selects plane orwelded groove sealing valves, you need to choose bootstrap tank system;
◆Test medium is water or air(6 bar gas source supplied by customer,test medium water can be recycling), can bechanged over by pipeline control valve;
◆Equipped LP water filling、 HP water filling and pressure-keeping & timing auto-control system;
◆Equipped automatic oil pressure discharge system, when being ready state, system discharge automatically, whenworking, system return to normal status to effectively reduce oil temperature, elongate life of the test bench andsave energy;
◆Hydraulic pressing device (top screw) has safety interlock with water pressure discharge;
◆Customer can choose the functions as followed: Touch screen computer monitoring system;Servo controlsystem; Bootstrap tank system.
