The submersible valve test bench consists of four major systems: hydraulic system, electrical system, mechanical system, and pressure measurement system. The pressure testing host device is placed in a water tank, which is designed as a reinforced type and can withstand large water pressure loads. Fill the water tank with water and add an appropriate amount of rust inhibitor to the water. The whole machine can be raised and lowered, and the pressure claws on the working disc can be synchronously expanded and contracted radially, and can be synchronously extended and compressed axially. The right working disc can be flipped 90 °, and the left working disc can move forward and backward;
The submersible valve test bench mainly consists of a water tank, a main frame, a working plate, a compression oil cylinder, a traction oil cylinder, a flipping oil cylinder, a moving oil cylinder, a lifting oil cylinder, blind plates, pressure measurement control pipelines, pressure measurement control valves, etc. The control cabinet consists of motors, electrical control components, button operation panels, oil pumps, various hydraulic valves, pressure gauges, pressure gauge switches, etc. There are air inlet and water inlet interfaces left at the back end. A timed pressure holding alarm device is installed during the testing process.
◆The test bench is made up of 2 parts: operation control table and clamping pressure test device, clamping pressuretest device can all be submerged under water, which is up or down by oil pressure;
◆Submerged type valve test bench is suitable to have a test for flanged end valves;Submerged top pressure type issuitable to have a test for flanged end、 welded groove or inner tunnel sealing type valves;
◆Test medium is water or air(6 bar gas source supplied by customer,test medium water can be recycling), can be changed over by pipeline control valve;
◆Equipped LP water filling、 HP water filling and pressure-keeping & timing auto-control system;
◆Equipped automatic oil pressure discharge system, when being ready state, system discharge automatically, whenworking, system return to normal status to effectively reduce oil temperature, elongate life of the test bench andsave energy;
◆Hydraulic or screw clamping、 pressing device has safety interlock with water pressure discharge;Customer can choose the functions as followed: Double turn over; Touch screen monitoring system.
