The planetary grinder is an efficient and precise grinding device that uses a unique "planetary" motion principle to achieve fast and ideal grinding of valve plates. During operation, the grinding disc rotates at high speed around its own axis in the opposite direction (self rotation) while revolving around the common spindle.
